No you don't, at Virtual Challenge Events we do things a little differently, which means you get your medal pack and entry number in the mail a few days after you order it. We think that this then makes our fun event an ideal gift. 🎖🎁

Our delivery times (domestic US) are around 5-7 business days for your medal pack and around 10-14 business days for apparel . But due to covid-19 logistics issues some people experience slightly longer delays than this. 🚚

Is there a minimum distance I have to do?

No, we all have different abilities and we like to make all our events as fun and accessible to everyone as we can. You may choose to run 100 miles or walk 1 mile the choice is yours, but there’s one important factor, have fun !😍👟

I received my medal pack, but haven’t received my t-shirt yet?

That’s normal, we send out items separately so your medal will be sent out from our facility quicker than any apparel ordered. We print all our apparel on demand and ship this when your order is completed.👕
